The music I listen to ranges from ambient to metal to blues to punk to drum n bass and on and on. I almost always have headphones on too.
I listen to my coding soundtrack when I'm coding. I have a mobile version that I carry around in my pocket. I've been learning drums by playing along to this playlist. And, finally, I listen to my life soundtrack when I'm want to connect with the humans behind the music.
I've been lucky to play lots of shows. I lost count long ago. I've also been lucky enough to tour the country a few times, in different bands, and we sometimes went to Canada too. I've shared the stage with some of my heroes: Q and Not U, Mock Orange, Finch, Recover, Mates of State, Engine Down, and Moneen, among others.
I loved all of my musical experiences and wouldn't trade them for anything, but I never did become a rock star.
